Sweet Beet Poke

This vegan sweet poke dish comes from the national Beefsteak chain of globally renowned Chef Jose Andres. One of our favourites is its appearance of deep red beet chunks that resemble sushi-grade tuna. The bowl's Hawaiian origins are honoured with a ginger sauce, while the seafood salad and carrots provide even more flavour and texture to this distinctive meal.
